xAI sues a man for using Grok to generate CSAM ‘deepfakes’

The Elon Musk-owned xAI is suing a South Carolina antheral who allegedly utilized the company's Grok AI chatbot to make kid intersexual maltreatment worldly (CSAM). In a lawsuit reported earlier by Reuters, xAI claims Terry Wayne Harwood "knowingly and intentionally utilized Grok to circumvent safeguards, change nonconsensual images, and make and administer CSAM," breaching the company's policies.
