Judge rules Trump administration violated the First Amendment in fight against ICE-tracking

Jorge L. Alonso, a national territory tribunal justice for the Northern District of Illinois, said that the Trump Administration violated the First Amendment erstwhile it pressured Facebook and Apple to region ICE-tracking groups and apps.
